1986 (V. Losa Built) FAGGIN Superleggera, 56 cm C-C, VERY GOOD CONDITION, $1285. Need to get your hands on some classic Italian steel? Available for purchase is a race-ready 1986 Faggin Superleggera (Limited Production Criterium frame hand-made by Giovanni Losa) in Very Good condition equipped with a top-of-the-line OEM GIPIEMME CRONOSPECIAL grouppo, second to none. NOTE, THIS BIKE IS LISTED ON OTHER SITES AS WELL. FRAME: 56 cm c-c Seat Tube, 56 cm c-c Top tube, 39 cm Chain-stays. Columbus SL frame with Aero seat-stay and fork profile with Campagnolo drop-outs. Cinelli bottom bracket shell, fully-slopping fork crown, frame lugs and brake bridge; all embossed with Faggin logo. Chromed forks, rear triangle and head-lugs. Professionally checked to track 100% straight and true. Corners tight and climbs like a goat. Original Red/White/fish-scale paint with minor professional touch-ups and original decals intact. Fully Chromed beneath the paint. Campagnolo Seat binder bolt and Campagnolo drop-out adjusting bolts. Serial #46B.56. NOTE: As seen in the photos Losa pioneered the tight frame design using the rear wheel tucked into specifically shaped seat-tube. While controversial at first, almost every modern frame uses that innovation to this day. Includes original REG Alloy Water Bottle Cage w/matching AERO Faggin Bottle, Excellent Condition. CONDITION: Very Good If 10/10 = NOS, this bike is 8.5/10 or 7.5/10 on a bad day. You will find a few minor scratches and minor paint touch ups but absolutely ZERO road rash, ZERO cracks and ZERO dents of any kind. That goes for all the components as well. Bike recently disassembled for inspection and overhaul. 100% Flawless Mechanical functionality; total weight with pedals: 20.5 lbs. Eroica ready. While Crankset, Chain and FW are a little dirty, they have only seen spray silicon and wax. I am second owner as of 1989; bike has been stored inside during my entire ownership, and has proven itself to be a dependable ride in return.
