Remember, Anubias are rhizome plants which means they should not be planted, you want to attach them to a surface rather than burying. You can use thread, fishing line, super glue, zip ties, string, rubber bands, etc. to attach the plant to a surface like rock or driftwood. You can also gently wedge the plant in a crevasse if there are cracks or holes in the hardscape/decorations in the aquarium.
