An vintage/antique sepia photo glass paperweight. Im not sure what building this is but on the back of the glass it states “ International Theatre Celebration” featuring This Glass Art/Paperweight is in good vintage / antique condition, The actual Photo of the building is pretty clear, there are no chips or cracks, the photo has some wear at the top of the photo and the right corner, and the back has wear on the typed writing.
