Tracking for Parcel Post Plus is available where Australia Post can scan the item. In some cases, no scans will show until it is out for delivery or has been delivered. There are two methods of PayPal payments, one is via express and the other is recognised as a PayPal E-Cheque. PayPal E-Cheques do take anywhere from 5-7 business days to clear. We do however provide exchanges at the cost of the buyer. Please note that the costs of returns are quite high predominately due to the price of freight and also the restocking fees charged by suppliers. All items being returned will incur a 15% restocking fee as charged by our supplier + return postage to you.
