We’ve taken every ounce of feedback we’ve received from all of our high level race programs to develop a wheel that will offer the most amount of longevity and rigidity all while offering an amazing weight savings. The ULTRAGRAM has 7-spoke, motorsport inspired design that is built with flow forming technology. The Ultragram has a knurl bead seat to prevent tire slippage for high-torque motorsports applications. Please Note! Photos shown are stock images provided by the wheel manufacturer and are only meant to represent the specific wheel model’s design. It is physically impossible for us to upload all wheels in all widths, lip sizes and bolt patterns. You should always base your ordering decision based on the description and details found in our item specifics and product details. Before mounting tires onto new wheels we strongly suggest that your installer test fit the wheels on the front and rear of your vehicle to ensure proper fitment. Once the wheels have had tires mounted they are considered used and are not returnable. Shipping We ship orders either via Fedex, GLS-US (West Coast orders), or LTL Freight (for large or bulky shipments). Handling time for shipment on orders will be between 1-3 business days depending on availability in our warehouse. Most items should arrive before or on the date shown in the eBay listing and the confirmation email you get from eBay. Those estimates are subject to change due to unforeseen carrier delays such as the holiday rush, staffing issues, or weather or natural disaster events. Tracking numbers are uploaded to eBay as shipping labels are created. Once uploaded you will receive an email from eBay with all tracking information. Depending on the size, tires may be strapped together and wheels may be double boxed so that two wheel boxes will be in one shipping box. Due to eBay buyer protection agreements all orders over $750 in total value will be shipped with signature required at the time of delivery. We can only ship to the address provided by eBay when we receive your order. If you have a different address you want used be sure to make this change at time of check-out. Again, we can not change the shipping address once we receive the order. Shipping Damages, Items Missing If your shipment has arrived damaged or is missing: Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery! All shipping companies require notification within 48 hours of receipt to report damage or loss. Delivery carriers will not accept any claims for damage or loss after 48 hours. It is extremely important to save all packaging material for inspection by the shipping carrier. The carrier will inspect and pick up the damaged merchandise to return to Performance Plus Tire. Again, if your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact us within 24-hours of delivery to report the damage so that we can work with the shipping carrier and begin working on a reshipment.
