Disconnect the negative battery cable. 5. Remove the bolt that secures refrigerant lines to the A/C Compressor. Disconnect any electrical connectors from the A/C Compressor. 7. Remove the AC Connections. Remove the A/C Compressor mounting bolts. 8. Remove the A/C Compressor from the vehicle. Flush evaporators from inlet to outlet.Flush condensers from outlet to inlet. NOTE: Condensers produced from 1990 – present are extremely difficult to clean. As a result, if the compressor had a major failure, it is recommended that the condenser be replaced. 3. All of our compressors come pre-filled with the correct amount of oil. Thus, there is no need to add any additional oil to your system. 4. Install the new receiver drier or accumulator, and new expansion valve or orifice tube. 5.
