E. UAI- USED AS IS. These are used items that have been taken out of service. Although the item could be working, we have not tested the item and do not have enough information to know or assume that the item was working immediately prior to being taken out of service. These are items that are known to be incomplete, not working or where a cursory inspection may show evidence of significant damage or deterioration.
