(Thomas) Miceli a well-known New England artist and very desirable The outside frame measures approx. 18-1/2 X 13-1/2 inches and the canvas stretcher approx. 18 X 14 What’s wrong with it? The painting is in pretty good condition, with some minor issues including paint loss, dings, dents, chips, cracks, scrapes, scratches, nicked edges, smudges, and crackling. It could also use a good cleaning. The frame has minor nicks, chips, dents, dings, scratches, and paint loss, and it needs a good cleaning as well.
